Kentucky straight bourbon whiskey

Not a bourbon.
The Bourbon.

Charred oak, deep amber, a backbone of corn and time. Made in Kentucky, bottled with restraint, built to be the one you reach for.

The story

The one name everyone already says.

Whiskey drinkers do not ask for a brand. They ask for a bourbon. We took that word and made it a name: confident, plain-spoken, and impossible to forget. A heritage American whiskey with nothing to prove and nothing to hide.

01

A name with a flag on it

Bourbon is America's only native spirit, protected by law. The Bourbon plants a flag in the category and pours like it means it.

02

Honest liquid

A corn-forward mashbill, new charred oak, and real age. No flavor tricks, no shortcuts. Our bottled-in-bond expression carries the federal stamp of an honest pour.

03

Made to be poured

Built for the rocks, the Old Fashioned, and the long evening. A bourbon that earns its place on the back bar and the home shelf alike.

The range

One name, six ways to pour it.

From an everyday small batch to a cask-strength dare. Proofs shown are illustrative of the lineup.

Small Batch

The flagship. Caramel, toasted oak, a little orchard fruit. Built for the rocks, the highball, and the everyday pour.

Single Barrel

One cask, bottled on its own. No two barrels alike. Deeper, drier, a touch of leather and clove. For the collector.

Bottled in Bond

One distilling season, four years, 100 proof. The 1897 federal mark of honesty. Structured, confident, classic.

Cask Strength

Uncut and unfiltered, straight from the barrel. Big, hot, and rewarding. A few drops of water open a whole orchard.

High Rye

A spicier mashbill. Black pepper, cinnamon, dried mint. The cocktail bartender's pick for an Old Fashioned with edge.

Wheated

Wheat in place of rye. Softer, rounder, honeyed. The easy, generous pour that wins a room without trying.

The good life

Earned, then poured.

The pour worth coming home to. A bottle with the bearing of a house that has nothing left to prove.

The craft

Corn, char, and Kentucky time.

Distilled and barreled in Kentucky by hands that have made bourbon for generations. No neutral spirit dressed up as age. Every expression is sampled and dialed until it earns the name on the label.

  • At least 51% corn in the mashbill, the legal heart of bourbon.
  • New charred American oak at char no. 4, the alligator char, for color and spice.
  • Aged in a Kentucky rickhouse, where the seasons do the slow work.
  • Bottled in bond available, the federal stamp of an honest pour.
